Ready to Conquer the Sky

I have tried various modes of transportation during my travel. I have conquered both the road and the rails, the land and the sea, but not yet the sky. I have not tried riding an airplane yet!!

I have tried riding the Jeepney, the "King of the Road"
But not an Airplane yet!

jeepney has always been my favorite, it's cheap and it suits well with my kuripot budget

I have tried riding the Tricycle
But not an Airplane yet

Well in most provinces, these three-wheeled beasts are the champs

I have tried riding the Bus (ordinary/airconditoned)
But not an Airplane yet

buses can be butt-numbing, but my butt loves it

I have tried riding the train (PNR, LRT, MRT)
But not an Airplane yet

the cheapest and most convenient ride in town (except during the rush hour)

I have tried riding an outrigger boat
But not an Airplane yet

into the island of Cagbalete, I faced the monstrous waves.

I have tried riding a ferry boat
But not an Airplane yet

the first time I left the Island of Luzon was during my Corregidor trip

I have tried riding a RORO
But not an Airplane yet

Roll On Roll Off  - my memorable first solo trip to Marinduque

I have done topload rides
But not an Airplane yet

Topload in Laguna, Sagada, and Marinduque. Where the best views are seen

I have experienced riding a boat for P2.00 only
But not a Piso Fare Airplane yet

oh yes, only P2.00, I was able to cross a tributary of Pasig River at Sta. Ana Manila

I have tried riding a Calesa
But not an Airplane yet

what's better than touring the Old Town Vigan in a Calesa

I have tried riding a six-wheeler truck
But not an Airplane yet

that's right nothing can stop us now

So what's the big deal if I have not tried riding a plane yet?
ughmmm.. nothing really.. haha
I'm just getting ready for my first plane ride

  1. Habal-habal, raft, horseback, 4x4, bike etc. marami pang pwedeng masubukan. Try mo rin dun sa "hinihila ng kalabaw" - hindi ko alam tawag dun. May ganun sa province namin in the early 90s - my most memorable mode of transportation.

once you pop you can't stop. Prang plane ride din yan. you'll see. Enjoy and make sure sa window seat ka ha. God Bless!
